Frequently asked questions
Can the software handle CIS?
Yes. CIS deductions are stored separately from the invoice total and taken from the labour element only, and every cash figure uses the money that actually moves rather than the invoiced amount.
Does it replace our accounting software?
Usually not — it sits alongside it. Your accounting package keeps doing the statutory accounts; the bespoke system gives you the job-level view of contracts, costs, cash and paperwork that accounting software doesn’t.
Will our site teams actually use it?
We design the mobile views for people in boots and gloves: big buttons, few steps and nothing to install. It runs in the phone’s browser and can be saved to the home screen like an app.
How long does a construction system take to build?
