Who needs to be involved?
Whoever owns the process: usually a director plus one or two of the people doing the admin. We’d rather watch the work happen — in person or on a shared screen — than sit in a meeting.
Who is the Ops Health Check for?
Businesses with roughly 5 to 100 staff that know admin is eating their week but aren’t sure what to fix first. It works best where there’s a repeatable job, order or project running through the business.
Do we have to buy anything afterwards?
No. The report is yours either way and you’re free to take it to another developer. If you do commission work with us within 90 days, the £495 comes off the price.
Does it have to be in person?
No. Plenty of these work just as well over a video call with screens shared — we can see the spreadsheets, the inbox and the systems that way. In person is useful when the work happens on a shop floor, in a yard or on site. Either way it’s the same fee and the same report.
What if the answer is that we don’t need bespoke software?
Then we’ll say so, and point you at the off-the-shelf tool or process change that solves it. That’s a good outcome — it saves you far more than £495.
