What is agentic workflow automation?
Traditional automation follows fixed rules and breaks when something doesn’t fit. Agentic workflow automation uses AI agents for the steps that need reading, sorting or judgement, so a whole multi-step process can run end to end — with anything uncertain sent to a person to check.
Will the AI make mistakes?
Sometimes, which is why we design for it. We test against your real examples before going live, send low-confidence results to a review queue, and keep a person signing off anything that matters. The aim is to remove the repetitive work, not the judgement.
Is our data safe?
We use business AI services that don’t train their models on your data, keep hosting accounts in your name with data in the UK/EEA, and limit what each agent can access to what the user is allowed to see.
How much does AI cost to run?
Building it is quoted as a fixed-price phase. Running costs are usage-based and usually small — typically a few pence per AI task — and we set up limits so spending stays within a budget you choose.
Do we need to replace our existing systems?
No. AI can often be added to the systems and spreadsheets you already use. Where a process is held together by spreadsheets, we can also build a proper web app around it with AI built in.
