What if our data is messy?
That’s normal. We check it before you sign and tidy what’s needed during setup.
Is it secure?
Each client’s data is kept separate, access is by named login, and everything is encrypted.
What happens after go-live?
The subscription covers hosting, data syncing, the Monday briefing, support and small changes. Bigger requests are quoted up front.
Which tools can it connect to?
Up to three data sources are included — typically spreadsheets such as Google Sheets or Excel, accounts software such as Xero, a CRM such as HubSpot, or a job management tool. Extra connections are £500 each.
What if we need more than a dashboard?
Data entry forms can replace the spreadsheets your team updates, from £1,500. And if you go on to commission a custom system within 90 days, your setup fee comes off the price.
